Mozaik Software Inc. has introduced a new software for the woodworking industry, which the company will feature at its booth #6101 at IWF 2012 in Atlanta.
The new software platform, Sketchup, is designed to be affordable to all shops, the company says.
“Our development team has spent the past five years creating the ultimate product line, from design to manufacture, to nesting, to G-Code. It’s all in there,” Roger Taylor, a developer, says. “We want to help make a CNC machine as common place as a table saw in the modern cabinet shop. To make that happen, we have to completely change the way software is bought and sold in the woodworking industry.”
Taylor said the company develops everything in-house so it does not have to rely on third-party vendors, which can drive up software costs. Along with the new software, the company offers apps and a cloud-based support community. For more information, visit www.mozaiksoftware.com.
