As a high-end true custom cabinet shop, Ipswich Cabinetry in Ipswich, Mass., has found good business in doing beaded face-frame custom kitchens. To more efficiently handle those projects, the shop set up a dedicated beaded face-frame area in an upstairs area of the shop. Equipment in the beaded face-frame area includes a custom layout table that can adjust for different needs, a Hoffman dovetail machine, Hoffman miter cutter, and a router table with power feed. The face-frame area is conveniently located right above the millwork and solid-wood manufacturing area of the main shop.
