Timberflex from Kerfkore is a bendable substrate material that can be formed first and then laminated.
Timberflex offers an alternative over conventional bending methods. According to Kerfkore, the material can provide no veneer checking or telegraphing, elimination of sanding, patching and laying up multiple layers of plywood. The face of the product accepts contact adhesive and can create a uniform curve.
Timberflex is available in 4-x-8 and 8-x-4 panel sizes and thicknesses of 1/2-, 5/8- and 3/4-inch thicknesses.
