eWay Furniture (www.ewayfurniture.com), a Web-based store that sells discounted high-end furniture, was selected for the second year in a row as the shoppers' choice for favorite store in the recently held ninth annual Shopping for a Cause Boys & Girls Club FUNdraiser Tournament.
Shopping for a Cause is a fundraiser for the Boys & Girls Club of the Texas Hill Country. In this tournament-style fundraiser, more than 100 motivated shoppers stimulate the local economy, while taking advantage of steep discounts. Participating stores and shoppers pay an entry fee to the Boys and Girls Club and can also give personal donations. At the end of the day, shoppers vote for their favorite store, and stores in turn cast votes for their favorite team of shoppers.
The 10th annual Shopping for a Cause FUNdraiser, benefiting the Boys & Girls Club of Fredericksburg, Texas, will be held Sept. 13-14, 2013.
