Indiana Furniture donated nearly 300 pieces of furniture from its Jasper, Ind., manufacturing facilities to Jasper’s Habitat for Humanity housing program.
Indiana Furniture's donation consisted of a combination of desks, credenzas, media cabinets, tables and chairs. Habitat for Humanity maintains a ReStore in Jasper and will host an open house event to sell the donated furniture, from which proceeds will be used to support Habitat's home building efforts.
“Indiana Furniture has a long history of giving back to the community where we live and work,” said Bret Ackerman, Indiana Furniture president and CEO. “Our two cultures join perfectly in the work we do.”
