DeLeers Millwork shop in Green Bay, Wis., specializes in high-end millwork.
Precision Innovations Inc. and PerMar Ltd., both of Germantown, Wis., acquired a controlling interest in Green Bay, Wis.-based DeLeers Millwork.
The acquisition means DeLeers will move its production to the companies' facilities in Rome, Wis., hopefully adding between 20 and 30 jobs by the end of the year, according to Gregory Marx, board chairman for both companies.
"We're going to make that our assembly facility for all the companies, adding significant staff to that location and possibly building on," Marx said.
Marx also said that the new partnership with DeLeers will allow PerMar to provide a broader range of products and will make it easier for architects who want to use both wood and synthetic materials.
