The Challoner 900 double-end tenoner from Diehl Machines features a single-post chassis with two or four tooling stations per side. It offers a complete range of tooling options, and can be equipped for trimming, scoring, tenoning, coping or notching operations.
Adwood's Detel M-2H double line boring machine features two boring heads with 25 spindles each. Each spindle is fixed in place by two radial bearings, and the heads engage from beneath the panel. Each head is driven by a separate motor that transfers the power with a Rotex clutch to the gears for smooth operation. The line bore separation is 5 to 25 inches, which is controlled by two separate digital readouts.
